There are two poki bowl places in Santa Rosa and this one is my favorite. The ambiance is not as nice as the other place. It's a bit dingy inside. But the poki bowls are bigger and better. Avocado is standard, not an extra charge. Good fish selection that includes tuna and hamachi. Lots of things to go in your bowl including Tamago, cucumber salad, edamame, roe, seaweed salad, tofu and crispy onions;steamed rice or sushi rice and/or salad as base. Good selection of sauces, too. They also sell sushi, rice bowls and boba.

My wife and I stopped here after a Costco run. We went the custom poke bowl route. little on the expensive side for lunch but the quality and quantity was worth it. Friendly service, fish and veggies super fresh. We will be back

Food is good and big portions for the price. Usually quick and not very crowded. The place is a little on the dingy side and dark. I wouldn't stay to sit and eat but for to go it's A-ok! The boba is also cheaper than teaspoon across the street and better in my opinion.

I do not understand why this place is not rated at least four stars. I eat here regularly, when I'm in Santa Rosa and staying at a hotel in its relative proximity, and have never been disappointed. I literally eat here every single dinner (and some lunches) when I have the chance. It is very tasty, quick, affordable and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I usually get pickup to take back to the hotel and it is always ready on time and handed to me by someone with a smile and I'm always asked if I need silverware, etc. It's the little things that matter and ensure you leave happy. I would highly recommend stopping here if you need something delicious, healthy and quick. Especially if you're a poke, sushi, bento type of foodie and on the move. You can't go wrong with Aloh-o and I hear there Petaluma location is even better! Thanks guys; we'll see you again in a few weeks when I'm back in town!

We were in Santa Rosa to check out the parking for the Santa Rosa Marathon. Then checked where is the nearest poke place. Aloh-o and another place appeared in the search engine. We decided to go to Aloh-o. This place did not disappoint!!! The bowl was packed with 2 protein for $14.95. Definitely will come back whenever in town.

A friend recommended this place and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! The portions are fairly large but the price is also higher than what I expected to pay for a bowl ($17). The ambiance is okay and there is outdoor seating - not exactly a place to bring a date unless you're going to picnic elsewhere like Taylor Mountain etc. The service is good but could benefit from a friendly smile/attitude.
